Healthcare Plus is a leading provider of non-medical healthcare services in McHenry County, IL. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Our team of caregivers is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, and we are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team.

We are looking for reliable and compassionate caregivers with transportation to provide essential care and support to our clients. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.

High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience
Valid driver's license
Social security card

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed

Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate records of client care activities

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
