New Product Development Engineer II

Johnson & Johnson seeks a New Product Development Engineer II to support orthopedic arthroscopic visualization product development at its Palm Beach Gardens or Raynham facility. The role involves owning technical projects across electro-mechanical systems and components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advancing the DePuy Synthes portfolio.

Responsibilities

Own and drive project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and multi-functional teams
Provide data analysis and directional recommendations from testing and development activities
Create required engineering specifications and documentation
Develop mechanisms and sub-assemblies for machine and tooling systems
Collaborate with internal and external manufacturers on product development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of Good Documentation and Manufacturing Practices
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Creo and Windchill
Strong oral and written communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
