Shift Manager – McDonald's Join to apply for the Shift Manager role at McDonald's . This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan shift schedules, monitor performance, and take corrective action to meet standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with incoming Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth hand‑over. Support departmental targets and overall restaurant goals. Qualifications Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Age 18 or older.
