What you'll do Design and ship end-to-end features in days, not quarters—from zero to production. Build agentic workflows in Python (FastAPI+), Databricks, and GCP, and craft polished React/TypeScript UIs. Prototype and integrate with AI coding copilots (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to 10× development speed. Make architecture and product decisions that shape Pomo's roadmap and engineering norms. Own quality: write tests, automate CI/CD, and instrument usage analytics for every feature you ship. You might be a great fit if you Build, don't just code. You've launched products from scratch or owned large green-field modules. Love velocity. You favor pragmatic solutions, rapid iterations, and data-driven calibration over "perfect" specs. Know the stack. 3+ years writing production Python or another backend language, plus modern React experience. Lean on AI. You treat LLMs and code-gen tools as your default pair programmer, not a novelty. Think like an owner. Equity matters to you, and you want to help define Pomo's vision, culture, and hiring.
