As a member of our team, you will work in a fully remote setting utilizing telehealth services. This allows for flexibility in your work schedule and the ability to offer your expertise to clients throughout California. Our platform is designed for ease of use, providing you with the necessary tools to conduct client sessions effectively while ensuring client confidentiality and security.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services through telehealth, with the option for hybrid in-office sessions as needed, ensuring convenience for both you and your clients.

• Engage with clients in a manner that respects their individual needs, utilizing evidence-based strategies tailored to their situations.

• Maintain up-to-date and detailed electronic charting for all client interactions, complying with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Work towards expanding your caseload by an additional 15-35 clients, with ongoing support from our team to facilitate this transition.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling is required.

• An active license in California as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and adherence to psychotherapy guidelines.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to best practices in therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
