Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric Home Health

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to support school cases located in DauphinCounty.

Scheduled school hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week.

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $1,000 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be discussed early in the interview process.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
