Inventory Manager, Cardiovascular OR

The Inventory Manager of the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) oversees supply chain and inventory operations within the CVOR, ensuring the availability of supplies, non-capital equipment, and high-value implants for surgical procedures. This role manages procurement, consignment, vendor relationships, and inventory performance tracking to support clinical readiness and operational efficiency. The position also represents CVOR Supply Chain on the Value Analysis Committee, contributing to product evaluation and standardization efforts. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred 5-7 years Progressive experience in healthcare in a surgical setting; office management budgeting professional and facility billing inventory management vendor negotiations and variance reporting experience. One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
