What You’ll Do Leading and managing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Performing routine inspections and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. Coordinating repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property. Collaborating with other team members to meet the needs of our residents.
