The UX Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective user experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing user personas and journey maps, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing designs with users, analyzing feedback, and continuously improving the usability of digital products. The successful candidate will contribute to design systems, maintain consistency across product experiences, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Skills: User experience and interaction design User research and usability testing Wireframing and prototyping Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools Responsive and mobile design Design systems and component libraries Accessibility and inclusive design A/B testing and user feedback analysis Collaboration with product and engineering teams Strong visual and analytical thinking Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
