Sales Representative - French Speaking

Overview TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next‑generation customer experience. We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to provide world‑class service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities Research and resolve issues reported by client end‑users via phone, email, and chat support. Use sales techniques to offer products and services to customers or potential customers, primarily via telephone to cold, warm or hot leads. Document all customer interactions according to our standard operating procedures. Qualifications At least 1 year of sales or business development experience (commission sales, appointment setting, inside or outside sales, or a role with a sales target/quota or incentive program). Ad sales and cold‑calling experience highly preferred. Willingly complete a typing assessment of 25 words per minute. Strong written and oral communication skills; B2 level French (writing, speaking, listening) required. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Adaptable and flexible to process and information changes. Experience using Salesforce is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high‑school diploma or GED.
