Commission-Based Door-to-Door Sales Representative – SOLAR-– Housing & Travel Covered)

Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Dates: April 1 – November 1 (College students can work during summer break only, while non-students have the opportunity to work the full season until November.)
- We have multiple locations for the summer (housing provided)
- Knock on doors to generate leads and appointments.
- Present and demonstrate top-tier solar solutions
- Achieve sales targets and maximize commission-based earnings
- Travel required to different areas.
Background check required for legal compliance in door-to-door sales
Earning Potential
- Uncapped commissions – your earnings depend on your results
- Top first-year rep in 2024 made over $90,000
- Elite reps can earn deep into six figures
- Average reps make $6,000–$10,000+ per month
- Paid training – no prior sales experience necessary
