Position Highlights:

• 164 shifts annually
• Established, supportive ICU team
• Hospital-employed position
• Academic affiliation with opportunities for teaching

Compensation & Incentives:

• $415,000 base salary
• Productivity & quality bonuses1st year income potential up to $500,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $50,000 loan assistance
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• Up to $25,000 in additional quality bonuses
