In 2023, Selling 321 successfully closed 600+ transactions and more than half of this came directly from our partnership with Zillow. Responsibilities List and sell residential real estate. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Prepare market analyses to determine property value. Educate clients on basic real estate procedures. Value Proposition 10-20 tangible showing leads per month, meaning live consumers eager to see properties (often same-day).
