Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly through strong administrative support, record management, and data accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling documentation, following up on outstanding items, maintaining organized records, and supporting internal teams with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Monitor outstanding vendor balances and other unresolved items. Verify that all required approvals and documentation have been received; proactively follow up on outstanding items. Organize and maintain electronic and physical records of documents, and supporting materials. Assist with reporting, record maintenance, and general office support duties. Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ramsey, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Hourly role, $25-30/hour. Health & wellness benefits.

This is a fully onsite position in Ramsey,MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Jul 10, 2026.
