Job Description

The CNA HHA plays a critical role in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in a home health setting. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, supporting mobility, maintaining hygiene, and effectively communicating with patients and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support
Assist with patient mobility and transfers
Support personal hygiene and grooming needs
Facilitate clear communication between patients and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in home health care
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience specifically in patient care
