Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location : Pennsylvania

Schedule : Predictable clinic schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no walk ins. Clinic hours include Tuesday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch.

Position Overview

Provide employer sponsored primary care and wellness clinic coverage focused on acute care, chronic disease management, and preventative health.

Acute care and primary care visits

Chronic disease management and wellness

Patient education and proactive care

Patient Population

Ages 2 and up

Adult focused patient mix

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in Pennsylvania

National certification in the appropriate specialty

DEA registration

Experience treating patients age 2 and up

Preferred

2 or more years of primary care experience

Experience with eClinicalWorks
