Your expertise in analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities will be crucial in developing strategic frameworks that help clients make informed decisions and maximize value in their business deals. Within our Deals practice, you will be instrumental in formulating and executing strategies that optimize outcomes in the deal-making process.As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.Responsibilities- Leading strategic planning and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives- Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to guide client decision-making- Developing strategic frameworks to optimize client outcomes in deal-making processes- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams with a focus on value creation- Mentoring and coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance- Utilizing financial modeling and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities- Conducting competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to support strategic recommendations- Collaborating with clients to develop and implement post-merger integration strategies- Reviewing and refining business plans to align with client objectives and market conditions- Facilitating difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues effectivelyWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis- Utilizing strategic planning skills to drive value creation- Excelling in post-merger integration and corporate development- Leveraging industry trend analysis for competitive advantage- Managing complex deal structures and acquisition strategies- Embracing change and innovation in client engagementsTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
