Construction Field Supervisor

Construction Field Supervisor Residential Windows, Doors & Siding Location: Grand Prairie, TX Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 per year Window World is seeking an experienced Construction Field Supervisor to oversee residential window, door, and siding installation projects. This role is responsible for leading crews in the field, ensuring installation quality, supporting customer satisfaction, and helping projects stay on schedule. We are looking for a hands‑on leader with strong construction knowledge who can coach installation teams, troubleshoot field issues, and maintain high workmanship standards on every project. Responsibilities Inspect active job sites to ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards Lead, coach, and support installation crews and subcontractors Verify proper installation techniques including flashing, insulation, window operation, and job site protection Conduct customer walkthroughs and address questions or concerns professionally Troubleshoot installation issues and help crews resolve problems efficiently Coordinate with production and operations teams regarding scheduling, materials, and project timelines Complete job site inspections, documentation, and quality reports Ensure crews maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction experience required Experience with windows, doors, siding, or exterior remodeling strongly preferred 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing crews or subcontractors Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Customer‑focused with the ability to professionally handle concerns in the field Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Spanish/English bilingual is a plus Why Join Window World?
