This primary role provides front office support functions. **Schedule** : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST **Location** : 259 Terracina Blvd. Redlands, CA. May be required to travel to other locations for coverage, depending on business need. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner + Direct patients to appropriate departments or personnel + Answer multiple phone lines, direct calls, and take messages + Inform provider assistants of no-shows and cancellations + Schedule and confirm appointments using a PC + Handle cancellations and rescheduling efficiently + Contact patients to confirm or reschedule appointments + Verify patient information and insurance eligibility + Collect co-pays and insurance payments + Process patient-related paperwork and forms + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations + Provide comprehensive service to resolve caller requests + Problem-solving using available resources + Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
