The Receptionist in St. Augustine plays a crucial role in supporting daily office operations through effective scheduling, data management, and customer interaction. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow within the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and calendar appointments
• Perform accurate data entry and document management
• Provide customer support and handle correspondence
• Maintain records and ensure proper filing
• Coordinate office activities and communications
• Manage incoming phone calls professionally
• Prepare materials and logistics for meetings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support
