Dealership: L0223 Mercedes-Benz of Portland Mercedes-Benz of Portland Now Hiring – Receptionist! Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday Department Hours: Mondays - Saturdays, 9:00am - 7:00pm, Sundays 10:00am - 6:00pm What You'll Do Greet customers and visitors, ensuring optimum customer service. Answer and direct phone calls and deliver messages to the respective parties. Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information. Answer customer questions about services performed or refers them to someone who can. Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with clerical duties, as needed.
