The Process Administrator will support Mercy Ships mission by managing, optimizing, and maintaining operational metrics that support campaign analysis, expense tracking, and state marketing compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong grasp of data management and nonprofit operations.

**Compensation Range for This Position Is $52,000-$57,000

**Compensation range listed is for U.S hires only. Actual compensation may vary dependent upon location of hire.

This is a full-time, onsite position at our office in Lindale, Texas.

How You’ll Contribute:

• Maintain and update metrics dashboards for donor engagement, campaign performance, and departmental KPIs.
• Monitor compliance with state charitable solicitation regulations and manage timely filing and renewal of state fundraising registrations.
• Assist in the creation, tracking, and reconciliation of budgets, invoices, and departmental reimbursements.
• Serve as a liaison between fundraising, marketing, finance, and legal teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment.
• Prepare presentation decks, donor reports, and internal briefs as needed for senior leadership.
• Maintains alignment and upholds Mercy Ships Core Values, Code of Conduct, and follows the policies and procedures published on Compass.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Familiarity with donor management systems and marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of nonprofit compliance requirements related to fundraising and donor communications is highly desirable.
• Ability to think proactively and improve processes.
• Supportive of Mercy Ships mission, vision, and core values.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in process coordination, operations, or administrative roles, preferably within a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
• Successful completion of Mercy Ships Entry Training will be required within the first year.
• Or equivalent combination of experience and education.
