Field Service Technician - Murfreesboro, TN

Job Title
Day-to-day responsibilities: Performing, trouble shooting and break fix work on laptops, desktops, and printers. Also smart hands on all other IT equipment we service. Top two required skills must have: 1. B/f laptop/desktop skills 2. B/f printer skills. A+ is required but can be obtained in 60 days after hire. Nice to have certifications or skill sets: Lexmark certs, Dell certs, client certs, and Lenovo certs. Personality that would perform best with team: customer service. Work schedule be for this position: M - F some weekends and on-call. Interview process: phone interviews. Need to have a laptop. Is this a contract or contract to hire: contract to hire. Conversion rate: $18.00. Location: dispatch position no exact address Murfreesboro. Need a tech who has good break/fix printer skills.
