Interviewing, disciplinary actions, payroll reporting, scheduling paid leave Monitors employee performance Goal setting, performance evaluations, wages increases and continued personnel actions. Manages operations of department Ensures standards of quality and service are provided Ensure quality outcomes Promote safe, high-quality care processes Collaboration with regulatory, compliance, and infection prevention staff Ensure compliant operations Model and support staff delivery of best practice customer service
