Opportunity to work in a great family friendly work environment and benefits!Set up and operate folder/gluer /tipperCompletion of production paperworkQuality Control steps completed accuratelyFollow job orders and special instructionsAdhere to production schedule and quality requirementsKeep area neat and cleanPerform other duties as directedReports directly to the Bindery SupervisorFollow all safety procedures and company policiesMust be flexible to work overtime as needed to get the job doneRequirementsBindery/Folding Qualifications:Ability to read and write English legiblyMust be able to understand and follow instructionsKnowledge of and ability to set up and operate all above equipmentMust be able to lift 50 poundsMinimum supervision requiredStrong mechanical skills required2+ years bindery experience desiredRegular and predictable attendance is considered an essential part of the jobSolid Math skillsSolid written and verbal communications skillsAbility to identify inadequate machine operation and make basic adjustments.Comfortable working within a team environmentEducation:High School degree or equivalent trade school trainingWork Environment/Physical Demands:Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours & walk 3 hoursLift up to 50lbsIntermittent bending up to 3 hours.
