Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH (Polaris Area).We are looking for a strong leader with quick-service restaurant or food service management experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while leading daily operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Performance-based bonus opportunities as the business grows
Shift/Hours:
Full-Time
Flexible schedule required, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Shift schedules: 1st shift 10am -3:30pm, evening shift 3:30pm-9pm, Sunday hours 11 am-7pm

Requirements:
Previous Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Quick-Service Management experience preferred
Quick food service experience highly preferred
Must have reliable transportation for daily product pickups and deliveries
Must obtain and maintain a ServSafe Manager Certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching employees
Ability to enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Must successfully pass any required background screening and pre-employment requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day store operations
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Drive sales and ensure efficient store performance
Complete daily product pickups and deliveries from the Central Kitchen
Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
Enforce company SOPs and maintain operational consistency
Monitor inventory and ensure the store is properly stocked
Open and close the store as needed while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
