Sus responsabilidades como Server Assistant incluirán, entre otras, las siguientes : Recibir a cada cliente con una sonrisa amable y causar una excelente primera impresión Gestionar la lista de espera, las reservaciones y la asignación de mesas para brindar una experiencia fluida a los clientes Brindar una hospitalidad excepcional anticipándote a las necesidades de los clientes y creando experiencias memorables Apoyar el servicio del comedor asegurándote de que las mesas estén completamente abastecidas, rellenando bebidas, retirando platos antes de que los clientes terminen y llevando la comida a las mesas Despejar y volver a preparar las mesas, mantener limpio el comedor y comunicar al equipo cuándo las mesas están listas Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad, higiene y limpieza, incluida la limpieza ligera o el aspirado del comedor Trabajar como un solo equipo, poniendo siempre en primer lugar a nuestros clientes y compañeros de equipo Lo que se necesita para tener éxito (Requisitos físicos del puesto) Cumplir con el requisito de edad mínima y contar con autorización para trabajar en el país donde presentas la solicitud Capacidad para agacharte, alcanzar objetos, inclinarte y levantar de forma segura hasta 30 libras Capacidad para desplazarte por el restaurante y permanecer de pie durante todo el turno Actitud de trabajo en equipo, atención al detalle y capacidad para realizar varias tareas a la vez Las demandas físicas descritas anteriormente son representativas de aquellas que deben cumplir los empleados para realizar con éxito este trabajo.
