Zayna Wet Etch Engineer Description:

Responsibilities will include chemical qualifications of end-of-life chemistries and qualifying 2nd vendors when manufacturer issues disrupt supply.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Chemical qualifications of end-of-life chemistries and qualifying 2nd vendors when manufacturer issues disrupt supply
• Start up of new tools including: Baseline, process development/optimization, process transfers from older tools and production/manufacturing implementation. Additional activities supporting project include training, documentation and process monitor after release.
• Daily sustaining of the Etch area to ensure all factory indicators are met.
• Continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures
• Developing new processes for new products, product transfers, and new process capabilities for foundry operations.
• Sustaining and continuous improvement include, but are not limited to quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety.

During the 12 Weeks Each Intern Will:

• Be given an individual and well-defined project with set outcome goals
• Gain hands on experience
• Receive excellent training and ongoing supervision
• Be invited to attend an intern webinar series
• Attend networking/social events
• Attend and present at Poster Session about each Interns project successes and pitfalls
• Receive formal, written feedback

The Hourly Range for this position is $20 – $47 per hour. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
