As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Mobile Driver in Louisville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facility grounds, utility infrastructure, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted operational areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Prepare accurate reports, maintain required armed post equipment in accordance with policy, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
