Overview

As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- High School / GED
- Shop Math Skills
- Blueprint Reading
