Founded in 1994 by physical therapist Paul Silovsky, Rebound has grown into one of the leading physical therapy practices in the greater Topeka and Olathe area, with a team of nearly 50 staff working across our Hillsdale, South Topeka, and Olathe clinics. This opening is based at our main Hillsdale location, an 18,000-square-foot facility that includes an indoor pool for aquatic therapy. That philosophy shapes how we staff our clinics: we never double-book, so you’ll have the time to actually build relationships with the people you’re treating instead of rushing from room to room to keep a schedule moving. You’ll evaluate and treat your own caseload, with 40-minute treatment sessions and 1-hour evaluations built into the day, giving you room to do the work thoroughly rather than in a rush. Paul Silovsky still helps shape Rebound’s culture today, and it shows in the clinical autonomy therapists are given here — we’ll challenge you and trust you to get results, without dictating exactly how you get there. You’ll also be expected to keep documentation timely, follow the standards set by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts, and stay connected with patients in small, personal ways, like sending birthday and holiday cards.
