Business Analyst Finance

Location(s): Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile campaign details and costs between various applications. Provide trend reports identifying product usage among departments.
• Generate and publish time sensitive CPM reports for department owner consumption.
• Develop and document the workflow of the monthly chargeback process. Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect and document core components requirements for creating an automated reporting solution.
• Research and propose tools that support long-term departmental access to the report, ensuring ease of use, scalability, and data security.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in financial project management, preferably within a technology or marketing environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in automating financial processes and developing efficient workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Experience in the digital marketing and technology environments, with a strong understanding of industry tools, platforms, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel (proficiency in all of Microsoft Suite is preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
