Schedule: 7.5 24-hour shifts/month (full-time), flexible options available

Shift: 24-hour shifts

Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule

Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay Rate: $135/hr (~$292,000/year for full-time schedule)

What You'll Do:

• Manage an annual delivery volume of approximately 1,924, including vaginal and C-section deliveries
• Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists in a Level II NICU setting
• Handle OB triage, admissions, deliveries, and inpatient care
• Conduct OBED consults and manage high-risk pregnancies
• Respond to labor and delivery emergencies and GYN emergencies on the OB floor
• Assist in Cesarean sections and other surgical procedures
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care

What You Need:

• Active Texas medical license or in process of obtaining
• Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 1 year of OB hospitalist or comparable experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities
