Operations Manager

Role Description This is a high‑impact role, working full time in office managing the full supply chain for four companies serving a diverse customer base, including big box retailers, discounters, DTC channels, Amazon, and overseas customers. You'll be the operational backbone, ensuring goods move efficiently from China and domestic suppliers to our customers — on time, every time. What You’ll Do Oversee POE (Port of Entry) orders from arrival through distribution Manage FOB China orders and coordinate closely with our overseas team Oversee domestic order fulfillment across all sales channels Run regular reports to ensure no inbound shipments fall behind schedule Lead and develop the allocation team to optimize inventory across channels Host weekly calls with warehouse partners to align on priorities and resolve issues Conduct weekly calls with our China team to manage production and shipping timelines Directly manage our Import Coordinator and supporting operations staff Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions What You Bring 5+ years of operations or supply chain experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role Proven experience managing imports, including POE and FOB China processes Strong understanding of multi‑channel distribution (big box, discounters, DTC, Amazon) Experience coordinating with overseas teams and international logistics Excellent reporting and analytical skills — comfortable owning KPIs and dashboards Strong communication and team management skills Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and inventory management systems Bonus Points Experience in consumer products or wholesale distribution Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central operations Background managing relationships with 3PLs and overseas suppliers Customs and freight forwarding knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr G Mason Group
