- Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific emotional and psychological needs. \n
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to seniors, addressing issues such as grief, anxiety, and depression related to aging. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans, ensuring coordinated support for geriatric patients. \n

Compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
