Seasonal Production WorkerWe are currently seeking motivated and reliable Seasonal Production Workers to join our dynamic team at Golfballs.com. As a Seasonal Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are ready for distribution during the busy seasonal period.ResponsibilitiesOperate production stations in a safe and efficient manner.Assemble and package products according to company specifications.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to production standards.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15-20lbs.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Strong work ethic and reliability.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Drug screen requiredWorking HoursYour schedule may vary as demands changeResponsibilities occasionally require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours.DurationThis is a seasonal position, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
