What You'll Do:
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses, including interventions requiring Q1H or more
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Document patient status and care activities accurately
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and stabilize as needed
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
What You Need:
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
