Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct counseling and therapeutic services to clients, addressing a broad range of emotional and behavioral issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate regular progress assessments and collaborate with medical professionals and care teams to adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that complies with healthcare regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, providing mental health support to individuals and families from varied backgrounds and experiences. Many clients are navigating challenges such as trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your compassionate approach will help clients gain insights and coping strategies to deal with their unique situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• At least two years of experience working in a mental health clinical setting, with a focus on therapy and client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
