Provide individualized, compassionate patient care and support recovery goals using advanced technology. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license according to state regulations. CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred. Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous. Key Duties Lead patient care, assessments, and treatment planning. Foster patient and family engagement in recovery. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery. Support staff with complex cases and celebrate patient milestones.
