Construction Superintendent

The Krill Co., Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Superintendent. Subcontractor coordination. Scheduling and procurement of materials. Manpower planning. Field documentation and daily reporting. Safety meetings and audits. Toolbox talks. Contract management. RFI submission and logs. Shop drawing review. Cost‑control management. Pull‑planning skills. Requirements We are seeking a self‑starter with a proactive management approach and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with project management staff, consultants, architects, and clients. Key qualifications include 7‑10 years of field experience as a lead superintendent. Education in construction management (bachelor's degree preferred), related degree, or trade background. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, P6, and Plangrid/Autodesk (project management software). LEED AP accreditation. Industry certifications in Safety and Trade skills. Proficient in reading, comprehending, and interpreting construction documents (specifications, shop drawings, and project plans). Background, drug, and alcohol background checks are mandatory requirements for employment.
