Clinical Nurse - Outpatient Infusion

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care within an outpatient infusion treatment setting, focusing on oncology therapies such as chemotherapy, blood products, and IV hydration. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards, emphasizing patient and family-centered care, safety, and quality compliance. Responsibilities include Educating patients and families on disease management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, ensuring holistic care. Participating in professional development and promoting a safe, healing environment. Qualifications & Skills RN licensure required; nursing diploma or associate's degree, with a preferred bachelor's degree. 2+ years of RN experience and oncology background preferred. Strong IV insertion, port access, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role. Additional Information Full-time position with weekday shifts, no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Opportunity to float to other sites as needed, with benefits starting immediately.
