Construction Helper

Overview We are a residential construction company looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper that will be reliable and has a strong work ethic. In this role you will assist with various tasks on job sites ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Resposabilities: Assist in tasks such as demo, set up, drywall, flooring, painting, and small plumbing and electrical work. Clean work areas during the day and at the end of the day. Help with loading and unloading materials and tools from trucks. Help in rough and finish carpentry. Assist in the installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, cabinets, drywall, and appliances. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met. Requirements: Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Willingness to grow in the business and to have a career that has a future and room for advancement.
