Machine Operator - Encapsulation Nights (C-Shift)

Machine operator position in pharmaceutical manufacturing at a High Point, North Carolina facility. The role involves operating encapsulation equipment on overnight shifts to produce softgel drug delivery products while maintaining strict manufacturing standards and quality protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate encapsulating machines to produce softgel products from pre-mixed ingredients
- Monitor machine operation, adjust settings, and maintain proper temperatures and equipment configuration
- Collect product samples and perform in-process testing and quality checks
- Assist setup personnel with machine configuration changes and equipment transitions
- Operate inline printing equipment and perform facility cleanup as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Data interpretation, basic calculations, and troubleshooting capability
- Capacity to work 12-hour overnight shifts in continuous operations
- Pass DEA security clearance if requested
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay rate plus night shift differential, annual performance-based bonus, and merit increases
