Job Description Job Description Job Title: Project Engineer Location: Childress TX Job Type: Temp to Hire Compensation: Up to $45/hour + $125/day Per Diem Job Overview We are seeking experienced Project Engineers for a large-scale, multi-state initiative with over 40 openings across the U.S. This is a 6–8 month temp-to-hire opportunity , offering competitive pay and per diem support. Candidates will play a key role in supporting field operations, managing project data, and ensuring efficient execution of electrical construction projects. Key Responsibilities Approve production entries within the CMS system following review and verification by field engineers Update job analysis documentation and participate in weekly production review meetings Oversee and manage tasks assigned to field engineers, ensuring timely and accurate completion Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates and progress reports Maintain accurate and up-to-date project logs, trackers, and documentation Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs for potential change orders Analyze job performance data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Coordinate daily with field superintendents to support project execution and resolve field issues Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu Strong leadership and management capabilities Background and working knowledge of electrical systems Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to interpret construction drawings and perform accurate quantity takeoffs Apply Today If you’re a detail oriented Project Engineer with strong leadership skills and electrical construction experience, we encourage you to apply and be part of a growing team delivering high quality projects nationwide.
