Account Manager & Collections Specialist

365 Enterprises LLC in Gulfport, MS is seeking an Account Manager to provide excellent customer service while contacting past-due customers to renew agreements. You will manage telephone and field collections to meet daily and weekly goals and verify customer references.

Responsibilities include entering contacts into VersiRent, organizing household visits, sending letters, reviewing delinquent accounts, coordinating with customers, transporting merchandise, and assisting with sales
