Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Hybrid Insurance Tracking Representative will manage the timely and accurate data entry of insurance documentation to meet loan requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Match and analyze insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System Process transactions across multiple work queues and adhere to daily workflow schedules Educate customers on required insurance documentation and provide quality assistance for timely resolutions Required qualifications At least one year of call center experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions Experience with community bank bond/D&O/property and casualty insurance programs is preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsVacancy posted 4 days ago
