Lead Financial AnalystLutron Electronics is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team at our Conshohocken, PA office. In this strategic, high-impact role, you will be responsible for revenue analytics and forecasting for a global organization with diverse sales channels. You'll collaborate across departments to deliver accurate financial forecasts, analyze sales performance and profitability, and monitor industry trends to inform business decisions.The ideal candidate is confident presenting to and partnering with executive leadership, bringing insights that drive growth and performance. This position offers significant visibility and strong potential for career advancement within a growing, innovative company.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales, marketing, and business leadership to develop and manage financial forecasts and budgetsAnalyze sales performance across end-markets, channels, and product linesDevelop and modernize revenue analytics, leveraging data visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI) and automation; this includes creating executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate financial performancePrepare margin analysis and profitability assessmentsProvide variance analysis with insights on key drivers and trendsTrack and improve forecast accuracy across Lutron's Commercial BusinessQualificationsBachelor's degree required; preferred area of study in Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsMinimum cumulative 3.00 GPA requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis required; preferably with exposure to international operations or sales financeExperience working in a multinational environment and understanding of foreign exchange and international finance preferredExperience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) requiredProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferredAdvanced Excel, financial modeling skills, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), or experience with building data analytics tools is a plusAbility to travel to Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA up to 2 times per weekYou are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future.
