MachinistWe are seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC machines, focusing on the manufacturing and assembly of perforating guns used to perforate oil and gas wells in preparation for production.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and accuracy.Manufacture and assemble perforating guns for oil and gas wells.Interpret and work from blueprints to complete machining tasks.Utilize manual and CNC mills and lathes, including Fanuc and Haas, for machining operations.Perform programming and setup of CNC machines, including G & L and 5-axis systems.Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.Essential Skills:Proficiency in CNC machining with at least 1 year of experience or completion of relevant education/training.Skilled in using manual lathes, mills, and CNC equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with programming and operating Fanuc and Haas machines.Knowledge of G & L, 5-axis, and job-shop machining.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with manual machining techniques.Familiarity with setup and operation of various CNC equipment.Why Work Here?Join a company that values its employees by offering 5 weeks of vacation, providing turkeys on Thanksgiving, and benefits starting from day one.
