About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim ED Educator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing education and support to ED teams, with a focus on ensuring consistent practices and high-quality patient care. This leadership role involves overseeing the development and implementation of education programs, standardizing documentation practices, supporting new nurse onboarding, and addressing generational differences in practice expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ED nursing, a proven track record in staff education, and the ability to build trust and respect quickly. Strong organizational skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to adapt to changing needs are essential, as is the requirement for excellent communication skills. Applicants for the Interim ED Educator position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and an active RN license. A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience is required. The role demands a leader who is highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to the dynamic environment of the ED. The candidate should be prepared to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and be ready to take on the challenge of leading and educating a large team of ED professionals.
