Staffing Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on Staffing Manager (Recruiter) to support high‑volume hiring and experience in light industrial sector , including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution is preferred. Despite the title, this is an individual contributor role focused on end‑to‑end recruitment, candidate delivery, and meeting fast‑paced hiring demands . Manage full‑cycle recruitment Handle high‑volume requisitions with quick turnaround expectations Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach Screen and qualify candidates based on role requirements Submit qualified candidates and drive placements efficiently Required Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment Experience in light industrial hiring (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics) preferred Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills Comfortable working in a performance‑based environment #J-18808-Ljbffr CTC
